"D-Von, get the tables." Four words, and a building came apart. The Dudley Boyz built an act on one of the simplest ideas in wrestling, and for two decades it worked everywhere they went. D-Von was the one who went and got them.

Trained by Johnny Rodz, he debuted in ECW in April 1996 alongside Bubba Ray, and the two of them ran the tag division in Philadelphia for four years, winning the ECW World Tag Team Championship eight times and becoming the most hated men in the company. WWE came calling in 1999, and the Dudleys landed in the middle of the greatest era tag team wrestling has ever had, trading TLC matches with the Hardy Boyz and Edge and Christian. They won eight World Tag Team Championships, became the first team to hold both of WWE's sanctioned tag titles at once, and unified the WCW and World Tag Team Championships in 2001, making them the final WCW Tag Team Champions in history. As Team 3D in TNA they kept going, adding the IWGP Tag Team Championship in New Japan and titles almost everywhere else they set foot.

The final count is 25 championships across ECW, WWE, TNA, and New Japan. WWE calls them the most decorated tag team in company history at 18 world tag team reigns, and TNA recognizes them as 23-time world tag team champions. They were the first tag team ever inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame in 2014, went into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018, and the Hardcore Hall of Fame in 2024, making them the first team to hold all three.
