If you grew up on Saturday morning anime, Dan Green has been in your ears for twenty-five years. He is the voice of Yugi Muto and Yami Yugi in Yu-Gi-Oh!, a role he has carried across the original series, GX, the movies, and the video games, and the one that made "It's time to duel" a permanent part of the language for an entire generation of card players.

He is also Mewtwo in the Pokémon franchise, from Mewtwo Returns through Pokémon Origins and Detective Pikachu, along with Professor Birch, Entei, Treecko, and Spiritomb. Sonic fans know him as Knuckles the Echidna in Sonic X and across the games, and One Piece fans know him from the 4Kids dub as Monkey D. Dragon, Mr. 4, Johnny, and the Narrator.

Born James Hadley Snyder, Green has worked as a voice actor, voice director, and screenwriter out of New York for decades. His wider credits run through Slayers, Kirby: Right Back at Ya!, Pokémon Chronicles, Ultimate Muscle, and dozens of video games. He is a convention favorite and will happily give you the Yami Yugi voice at the table.
